Schaeffler is continuously developing its network of distributors with the Distribution Partner Concept. By focusing on selected distributors, the company is able to support end customers with the same high level of expertise and an optimum supply strategy worldwide. At the same time, this step also makes the worldwide sale of counterfeit products more difficult and thus ensures that end customers only receive original goods through authorized sales channels.
Classification and distinction of distributors
Schaeffler's Industrial Division carried out an evaluation of all of its suppliers worldwide according to both regional and global criteria. A list of services was used to determine the required profile for an "Authorized Distributor Industrial" prior to the evaluation. Only distributors who fulfill these high requirements receive a certificate and an official plaque, and can clearly position themselves as certified distributors on the market. In Europe and Asia/Pacific, the evaluation of distributors has already begun. It will soon be carried out in all other regions. Once the classification has been completed, all "Authorized Distributors" will be listed on the Schaeffler website.

The distinction entitles all distributors to sell INA and/or FAG products and services. For this purpose, they receive optimum support from Schaeffler, such as direct marketing support, regular employee training, and active sales support by the Schaeffler sales organization.
