Upon the request for financial support from the Operational Program “Human Resources and Employment“, the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Czech Republic decided to provide grant for the implementation of the project “Education of employees” in ZKL Klášterec nad Ohří , a.s. in specific areas of production.
Grant under registration number CZ.1.04/1.1.04/92.00279 was provided in the amount of 2,524 925.06 CZK, the period for the realization of the program is from 1.6.2013 to 30.11. 2014.
The project includes 113 supported persons, 822 successful graduates, 1,296 training hours.
The project focuses on a specific employee training. The main goal is to raise the professional qualification of key personnel in the company.
This goal will be achieved through appropriately expressed partial objectives:
1. Deepen the knowledge and skills of employees in selected areas of the production process
2. Incorporate new knowledge of own company research and development into the education and then into the production process
3. Employ experts - specialists in selected areas and improve professional substitute of persons
4. Acquaint employees in detail with the ZKL instructions
5. Stabilize and reinforce the specific internal training in the company and create further internal training materials
6. Improve the dissemination of know -how among workers
The project will be carried out by approved key activities:
01 New technologies in production
Key activity is focused on applying own results of research and development into practice and improve the production process of special bearings which will not only streamline the production process , but also increase the quality of products.
02 Education concerning setting, machining and operation of devices
Key activity is focused on the training of adjusters and production workers in selected areas of the production process.
03 Specific training for operators of CNC and hardening line PVSA
Key activity is focused on the expansion of specific knowledge of repairs, programming of software evaluation and adjustment of the control software of continuous hardening line. Furthermore this activity is focused also on analyze of the causes of defects and faults.
04 Operation of a prototype device AM 112
Key activity is focused on adjustment and programming of dedicated prototype measuring device AM 112 for bearing PLC 03-39 -1X , especially for the unique setting and calibration of the sensor positions and distances.
05 Specific technical instructions ZKL Klášterec
Key activity is focused on thorough familiarity of staff with specific technological instructions.
Successful implementation of the project will extend specific learning activities in the company and will develop the system of internal training. The company will keep and develop the whole concept in further years.
