Bimetal Bearings Ltd announces water logging at its factory in Sembium and Thoraipakkam located at Chennai

Due to continuous torrential down pour at Chennai the production activities at Bimetal Bearings Ltd's factories at Sembium and Thoraipakkam could not be carried out and due to water logging and some portions of raw materials and finished goods were inundated. Our stocks are adequately insured and the Company will be preferring claim on the Insurance Company in due course after ascertaining the exact quantum of loss. The Company has taken steps and the production activities at the plants have been restored. Shares of BIMETAL BEARINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.339 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 330. The total number of shares traded during the day was 550 in over 8 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 343 and intraday low of 339. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 187957. Equity Bulls
