UXG Bearing firstly introduced the bearing manufacturing process and installation requirements for installation tests of several bearing materials such as Shangang GCr15 and Xingcheng SKF3; then, Jinan University introduced the project progress and the next implementation plan in detail; finally, the participants The application and installation comparison test plan of domestically produced bearings was discussed together, and it was determined that Shangang GCr15, Xingcheng SKF3 bearings and conventionally used bearings were installed on the 3 stream segments of the continuous casting machines of the special steel production line of 50 tons and 100 tons. Bearings, the service performance of bearings is compared through industrial field tests.

After the meeting, UXG technicians and professors from Jinan University visited the continuous casting production site of the 100-ton production line and the construction site of the continuous casting machine sector of Jian'an Company.
