NXZ Finished Product Workshop Successfully Trials Production of New Super-Precision Large-Sized Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Recently, the extra-large section of the NXZ Finished Products Workshop successfully completed the trial production of the company's independently developed new extra-large precision angular contact ball bearing, marking a key step forward for the company in the field of extra-large precision bearing manufacturing.

This bearing model, a key new product for the company, features a complex structure, extremely high machining precision requirements, and lacks mature processes for reference. Therefore, the technical department and the large-scale production section jointly formed a task force. Technical personnel provided guidance throughout the process, from drawing interpretation and process design to parameter verification. Multiple rounds of discussions and simulations provided solid technical support for the trial production. During the machining phase, technical personnel closely monitored measurements, continuously optimizing cutting parameters and tooling schemes to address core challenges such as raceway curvature matching with steel balls and protrusion detection and control. By strictly adhering to process standards and utilizing high-precision instruments to test key indicators such as inner and outer ring form and position tolerances and surface roughness, the entire machining process was ensured to meet quality requirements. In the assembly phase, technical personnel and frontline workers collaborated to overcome technical difficulties such as preload control, ensuring that the bearing's rotational accuracy and various performance characteristics met design expectations.

The successful trial production of this new product not only fills a gap in the company's supply of this type of bearing but also accumulates valuable process experience for subsequent mass production.
