NRB and LimX Dynamics signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On March 10, 2026,NRB announced a strategic cooperation agreement with LimX Dynamics The two parties will integrate their core resources to jointly develop standardized integrated joint modules, covering the design, R&D, and contract manufacturing of key components such as bearings, gears, and reducers. Through a dual "capital + business" binding model, they will achieve precise synergy between the manufacturing and technology ends, deepening NRB's layout in the intelligent industrial chain.

As a leading domestic enterprise specializing in core components of transmission systems, NRB focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of precision components for new energy vehicles, high-end industrial equipment, and intelligent robot components. Its products cover a variety of core components, including needle roller bearings, synchronizers, and planetary gear sets, applied in key areas such as automotive powertrains and intelligent robots. It possesses four R&D and manufacturing bases and a mature large-scale production and supply chain system. This cooperation stems from the capital connection previously established between the two parties—in August 2025, NRB subscribed to a portion of LimX Dynamics's newly increased registered capital with a cash payment of RMB 20 million, holding a 0.5525% stake, laying a solid foundation for business synergy.

According to the agreement, both parties will adopt a joint development model to advance cooperation, enjoying priority procurement and supply rights for each other. They will also establish a high-level exchange and visit mechanism and a daily communication mechanism, and assume a permanent confidentiality obligation for trade secrets. The ownership of intellectual property rights generated by the cooperation will be clarified in subsequent specific business contracts. LimX Dynamics, as a research and manufacturing enterprise focusing on core embodied technologies, has R&D personnel accounting for over 80% of its workforce. It possesses core advantages in areas such as embodied hardware design and brain-brain fusion technology. Its quadruped robots and other products have achieved key technological breakthroughs. This cooperation will provide stable manufacturing support for the industrialization of its technological achievements.

"This dual 'capital + business' binding model is a high-quality paradigm for the manufacturing industry to deploy in emerging industries," said Bai Wenxi, Chairman of Zhonghe Kunlun (Beijing) Asset Management Co., Ltd. He added that the interest linkage established by the previous equity investment, combined with this business cooperation, creates a synergistic effect, improving cooperation efficiency, reducing communication costs, and solidifying the cooperative relationship through the priority supply agreement, achieving mutual empowerment. Yu Fenghui, a senior researcher at Pangu Think Tank, also pointed out that NRB's manufacturing advantages and LimX Dynamics's technological advantages complement each other precisely, opening up new application scenarios for embodied intelligence for traditional components, while solving the supporting challenges of industrialization for technology companies.

This cooperation is an important step for NRB in building a diversified industrial ecosystem. It is understood that since July 2024, the company has signed multiple framework cooperation agreements covering various fields such as intelligent driving and joint modules, all of which are in normal implementation, continuously promoting the integration of industrial chain resources. Against the backdrop of the accelerated iteration of the embodied intelligence industry, the supporting capabilities of core components have become key to the large-scale development of the industry. The announcement also noted that the agreement is an indicative framework agreement and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. It will not have a significant impact on the company's operating results for this year; future performance will depend on the implementation of specific projects, and there is some uncertainty in the cooperation process. Furthermore, within the three months prior to the signing of the agreement, there were no changes in the shareholdings of the company's controlling shareholder, shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, and directors, supervisors, and senior management, and there are currently no plans to reduce their holdings in the next three months.
