Lens Technology Partners with ZXZ to Build Core Ecosystem Chain for Embodied Intelligence

On March 31, Lens Technology (300433.SZ/06613.HK) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with XCC.ZXZ (603667.SH). As one of the world's largest manufacturing platforms for embodied AI, Lens Technology is leveraging its role as a "chain anchor"—integrating and leading the sector—to collaborate with top-tier core component manufacturers and accelerate the construction of a highly competitive industrial ecosystem for embodied AI.

Under the framework of this agreement, the two parties will engage in deep collaboration across key dimensions, including capital cooperation, the joint development of next-generation robots, the mutual alignment of core supply chains, and the co-building of an innovation ecosystem. Leveraging its robust capabilities in complete machine assembly and system integration—and combining these with XCC.ZXZ’s deep technical expertise in fundamental transmission components such as lead screws, bearings, and actuators—Lens Technology will focus its joint efforts on the end-to-end development of core components, including robot joint modules, transmission systems, and dexterous hands.

Concurrently, XCC.ZXZ will participate deeply as a core partner in the Hunan Embodied AI Innovation Center. By breaking down the physical barriers between R&D, production lines, and delivery, the Center aims to forge strong, prioritized linkages between production capacity and supply chains, thereby significantly shortening the commercial mass-production cycle for cutting-edge robotic products. Currently, the Hunan Embodied AI Innovation Center hosts over 20 leading embodied AI enterprises—including Zizhen Robotics, Dobot, and Lingxinqiaoshou—further enriching the ecosystem.

In terms of market expansion, this powerful alliance between a "chain anchor" and a "major core manufacturer" signals a strategic push toward global market expansion. Drawing upon their respective global supply experience in the field of precision manufacturing, the two parties will jointly explore the global embodied AI market. By offering system-level solutions that combine "core components" with "intelligent manufacturing of complete machines," they aim to rapidly penetrate and solidify their market share within the core supply chains for humanoid robots in North America.
