Minebea to Close Skegness Plant in the U.K.

With regard to the "Notice concerning the Commencement of Consultation with Trade Union on the Closure of Skegness Plant in the U.K." that Minebea announced on January 30, 2009, Minebea reached agreement with the trade union of the Plant after discussions on the subject matter, decided to close the Plant, and discontinued the operations of the Plant as of the end of April 2009. We post a restructuring loss of 1,792 million yen related to this matter in our consolidated accounts for the year ended March 2009.
