RBC Bearings Incorporated (Nasdaq: ROLL), a leading international manufacturer of highly-engineered precision plain, roller and ball bearings for the industrial, defense, and aerospace industries, announced on May 16, 2012 that it will host a live webcast of its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 conference call on Wednesday, May 30th at 11:00 a.m. ET. The Company will issue an earnings release before the market opens that morning.
Dr. Michael J. Hartnett, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel A. Bergeron, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will recap the fourth quarter and full year financial results and accomplishments.
